September 4th, 1918 - February 28th, 2009
From humble beginnings in 1933 cleaning up at KVOO radio in Tulsa, OK, to National Radio Commentator to Radio Hall of Fame to Oklahoma Hall of Fame and Presidential Medal of Freedom Recipient. The world was a better place for 90 years.
Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the United States of America has lost a great and comforting voice!
